Is AOR dependent on location, i thought AORs come from NS so no dependency on location. After AOR local CIC offices come into the picture. Does anyone know about this?

Did you call CIC, if not give them a call and ask them to create ticket it would help to get AOR. Also you are belong to June thread. Thankz

That's my understanding too but I was looking at the spreadsheet yesterday and realized a pattern about the location of received AOR and Not received AOR, so I don't know if it is just coincidence or not
