Should I Apply for a TRV as Single or Common Law Partner?

I'm in the process of applying for a Temporary Residence Permit so I can travel to Canada with my girlfriend. I'm a Turkish citizen currently living and working in the UK and my girlfriend is a UK citizen. We have been living together for 2 years.

As I'm a citizen of Turkey I need to apply for a TRP. My girlfriend however does not as she's a UK citizen and can just get an eTA. So only I will be applying for a TRP. I've booked an AirBnB for both of us for the duration of our stay and will be buying us tickets as well.

My question is this: Should I be showing myself as single or in a common law relationship in the forms? If I show myself as in a common law relationship will my girlfriend have to fill out any forms? There is no such thing as a common law marriage/partnership in the UK so I'm really confused.

I made a similar post earlier but didn't include much detail in it so I'm posting more details this time.

I'd appreciate any advice.

You need to apply for a TRV, not a TRP. They are VERY different things.

It doesn't matter that there is no such thing as common-law in the UK. You are applying to come to Canada, therefore Canada's rules apply. You are common-law and must declare yourself as such. If you don't, you are lying, which is immigration fraud.

Yeah I meant to write TRV not TRP. Corrected my title.

There is a schedule 1 document I have to fill out as part of my application which states "The principal applicant, his or her spouse or common-law partner, if applicable, and all dependent children aged 18 years or older listed in the application for temporary residence must complete their own copy of this form". Should I make my girlfriend fill out a copy of this form even though she's not going to be applying for a TRV since she'll be getting an eTA instead? Our application processes are very different so It's kinda confusing how to complete my application properly without mistakes.

Yes, she needs to fill it out. This is what is required for your application and is nothing to do with hers.
