Yes. The correspondence letter is the LOI. The official name is actually POE Letter of Introduction. Did you get yours?

Oh yes, i got it the very next day i got my visa approved.

Oh yes, i got it the very next day i got my visa approved.

I haven't got my LOI neither in my cic account nor in my email account. Now what should i do?Is this letter mandatory for the entrance?

I think so its imp for immigration check at the airport. But im really sorry to say i have no idea wt cud b done in this case. If u submitted ur file through agent then best is it ask him/her.
