question about visa office

Hi guys，my GCMS note shows my secondary office is Ottawa，but when i called the agent，why they always said that my case was proceeded in Sydney？ My case has not been touched for nearly 2 months（according to the record in note and the agent’s description at last Friday），will it be possible that something went wrong in cic’s internal procedures which makes my case banished to the cold palace？

I am just quite worried about that maybe the officer in Ottawa thought my case should be reviewed by Sydney office, while the Sydney officer also neglected my case because HE/SHE thought that reviewing my case is Ottawa office's responsibility, this maybe the reason why my case had never been touched. Any thing I can do about it?
