PLEASE TELL HOW I CAN FURNISH A GIFT DEED. DO I NEED BOTH GIFT DEED AND AFFIDAVIT?. WHATS THE FORMAT. I ALSO HAVE A LOAN AND EMI IS DEDUCTED FROM THIS ACCOUNT. DO I NEED TO DISCLOSE THEM TOO?

What kind of loan do you have? My spouse had a car loan for which emi is deducted from his account and reflected in the statement but we made no special mention of this anywhere.
as we are transferring funds before getting ITA and getting a gift deed done. will it create any problem? as my spouse has salary account and what after receiving ITA her father transfer funds to that account and her father provide him with gift deed?

Loan has no bearing on ITA.
We have our PPR without issues. But we showed PoF that was almost four times the requirement so we didn't need to worry about the loan. Please keep this in mind.
You can write an LoE and explain the loan transaction and how it is being paid off.
please share one thing. if now my spouse father gift him around 10L and she get a gift deed from him. will it be ok???? does gift deed needs to be on plain paper or stamp papaer or does it needs to be notarised? as we are getting gift before applying . can it affect?
Gift deed has to be notarized. No effect on when you get it made. It can also be done one day before you submit all your documents after receiving ITA.
my father has sold his property and is going to transfer money to my account from his account. do my father need to tell that he got money from selling his property????? or in in affidavit he simply says that he is transferring money from his past savings?????
