It is "PS-" and then something edited out (you can tell by the look of the hyphen - it looks a bit shorter).

It took about 6 weeks in my case. I specified CBSA when ordered ATIP, but I'd guess you could do it with CSIS, not sure if the outcome is going to be the same or not.
