Hi,
Bit tricky.
I received a job offer and successfully received a BC Nomination through the Tech Pilot Program. I then received a work permit in July and have been working since then. Technically I do not currently have a job offer, I had one.
I'm now applying for PR because the nomination boosted my Express Entry score and I was invited to apply for PR.
When the application asks do I "have a job offer in Canada?" Should I put Yes, even though I do not technically have one currently? Even though that job offer was the only reason I'm applying?
Follow up:
If I do select yes, it then asks "Was a positive Labour Market Impact Assessment (LMIA) issued for the job offer in Canada?"
My stream was LMIA exempt, however the only options are Yes/No. There is no exempt option. I did not receive a positive LMIA nor a negative LMIA.
Any suggestions on either of these questions?
Many thanks!
