List old job offer?

Hi,

Bit tricky.

I received a job offer and successfully received a BC Nomination through the Tech Pilot Program. I then received a work permit in July and have been working since then. Technically I do not currently have a job offer, I had one.

I'm now applying for PR because the nomination boosted my Express Entry score and I was invited to apply for PR.

When the application asks do I "have a job offer in Canada?" Should I put Yes, even though I do not technically have one currently? Even though that job offer was the only reason I'm applying?

Follow up:
If I do select yes, it then asks "Was a positive Labour Market Impact Assessment (LMIA) issued for the job offer in Canada?"

My stream was LMIA exempt, however the only options are Yes/No. There is no exempt option. I did not receive a positive LMIA nor a negative LMIA.

Any suggestions on either of these questions?

Many thanks!

So you dont have the job offer which qualified you for the nomination anymore?

I accepted the job offer and am working the job now. To me this means I've moved past the job offer and am now in a contract with the company I work for. The job offer is in the past, I can't accept it a second time so I no longer have a job offer. Is this how CIC operates?

Also, if I do select that I have a job offer, it asks if I recieved a successful LMIA or not. Mine was LMIA exempt so I'm not sure what to put there. Both answers, Yes & No are not accurate.

You hadn't specified you were working that job. Thought the offer was withdrawn. Better wait for experts now that it's clearer.

So that my situation is clear to other readers. Quote from original post, "I received a job offer and successfully received a BC Nomination through the Tech Pilot Program. I then received a work permit in July and have been working since then."

Yeah it could've been another job for the permit, that's all. Do you have a chance through other streams anyways?

I don't. The only reason I was invited was because of the BCPNP boosted my score.

Thanks for your input.
