Getting Technical Error after ITA - Can I create multiple profile?

Hello all

Can anyone please help me with this. I received ITA on Aug 8th and since then I am not able to proceed with my application as it is showing me systems are down and giving a Technical error. Can I go ahead and create another profile with a different username and still keep the profile in which I received ITA?

My CRS is 441 and I am not sure if I will get ITA in tomorrow's draw by creating a second express entry profile with a different username.. so I just want to be on the safe side by not declining the ITA which I received on Aug 8th.

As far as I know, you aren't suppose to create two profiles as the PA specially now that you have an ITA. have you exhausted all ways to get the issue solved though ? I mean there's really not much except for clearing cache, using different browsers and of course raising a ticket.

The other thing you could do is decline this ITA, and then maybe create another profile and wait for an ITA or maybe even wait for the new ITA with the same profile. At 441 it might be a little risky but I dont see why you wouldnt get an ITA in the next few draws if not the next one literally.

Thanks for your response. I tried everything..using different browsers , clearing cache, using different computers, different location etc. I also created a ticket sent them technical error reports but nothing seems to work. I contacted IRCC via email and customer service and all they said was to clear cache, try using different browser send techincal error report. I also sent screenshots of all the pages and the response I received from IRCC was the same standard one... pointing me to their help FAQ page and indicating to clear cache, use different browser.

Since my CRS is 441 i really dont want to risk the ITA which I received on Aug 8th by declining it and hoping that I might get tomorrow or by next rounds.

Was hoping if I could create a new profile with the same details as primary applicant and if I get an ITA with my new profile I would decline my old profile and maybe delete my old profile. Would that be an issue?

yep that wont be allowed as you can see in the link provided by @ContactFront but I guess even if you were to create a new one and proceed with another ITA, you may be able to explain it using all the proof you have but you would certainly face some complications IMO if you were to pick that route.
