Crs 458 good enough?

Hello,

I have studied a one year Pg program in Canada. I had done my bachelor's degree in electronics in India. I have my WES ready. Scored 8 bands in ielts (9,8,7,7). I am 22 year old with one year and two months work experience. As of 21/08/2018 my CRS score is 458. I have created express entry profile. I believe I will receive ITA in the upcoming draw.

I need PCC for India and Canada. As I am in India, I am a little concerned if I will get the PCC from Canada within 60days time period..

Also what are the thoughts about the draw on 22nd August 2018. Will it happens? I suppose maybe due to the Ontario's pnp 4 days earlier it may delay the draw

My agent told me that if you have lived in any country for more than 6 months you need to get PCC.
