Chandigarh embassy is taking so much time in visa processing

The embassy is literally taking too much time. I got my classes starting on 5th September. I'm starting to lose all the hope.

Mani32 bro Jasmeen@ kaur ne 17th July nu layi file and os di under review aa but tusi 6th July nu layi te main 16th July nu but still saada kuch bhi ni hoya hale. I don't get it. She just might be lucky I guess.
