Express Entry - Question on Job Experience

Hi,

I submitted the express entry application. My application got picked in Jan 2018 and I had submitted all my documents in April 2018. I have now received the below question from CIC. I am working in the software industry for 13 years. I worked for 3 employers (in Canada, India and USA). Please suggest the best approach to respond to the below Question.

"
1. Job title is not consistent with the job description
2. Job descriptions are almost the same on each letter which seems to demonstrate that they were written for the purpose of your permanent residence application.

Therefore I am asking you to submit any additional information/documentation that would allay my concerns (ex: job contracts, record of employment, job posting, evaluation/performance assessment, etc.).

I worked in the same project for the same client under the three employers. Hence the description might appear to be similar.

Then try to get some information from that client and explain in LOE. Also try to submit all the documents that they are asking.

I don’t know why ar they making a issue of title? Title can be different if the job description matches with one of their NOC codes.

Was job description similarly worded from all employers?

Now what you can do is provide paystubs, offer letter, any promotion /appraisal letters etc to prove your employment is genuine.

Any proof to back your theory that client has been same with all three employers will help a great deal.
