This letter is for one of my older positions in another city, which I requested shortly after I left so it's been quite a while and my manager has moved on to other positions. I wonder:
1. How serious is the missing title? I understand CIC has the final say but just wondering if people have had problems with this before.
2. In this case, should I even attempt to request another letter now since my managed no longer work in the same capacity?
