What is the number you called you get update and what time of the day called generally.
You can call anytime because it's the automate machine. It usually take 5 mins.
I'm in Canada so i call on this number 1-888-242-2100.

I called helpline number. It says current processing time is 110 days and applications received before 23rd April has not been started yet. Is it normal?
Yeah, it's normal they say it every time i call. Don't know why. May be its the processing time for another category or something.

Yes. It confirmed that my eligibility has not started yet.
But I an really tensed after listening to 110 days..
I think that's the timeline of different category. Because online it say's that the processing time is 30 days.
When you applied your application ?
I applied on 23rd July paper based in Bangalore for TRV (dependant, spouse on work permit)
ohh then don't worry about starting the eligibility because my father applied on July 10.
His eligibility started on 17 Aug.
