Express Entry letter issue

Hi All,

I am in process of applying PR under Express Entry. I am an IT Consultant working in one of the Top IT MNC in India. I have been working in IT for past 4 years. My employer is not providing me the letter related to Job Description. They provide Relieving Cum Service Certificate mentioning my DOJ, Date of Leaving, Designation. Apart from this we get another letter related to my salary Stack.

How can i Apply as my employer is not providing me the Job Description and Working Hours. I have been to UK also on Inter Company Transfer Visa. Apart from this i have my monthly salary slips, offer letter.

No worries. Ask your senior/manager to write the duties you performed under his/her supervision, and get it signed from them. Since there is nothing illegal, they will be able to provide such a letter on company's letter head. Ask them to mention things such as your working hours. You can compliment this letter along with the HR letter to claim points for your work experience.
