Hi,

I've updated my Express Entry profile and added spouse details there. I was expecting some points to be added but nothing changed and all his scores are shown 0 (my spouse has Master's degree and high IELTS score). Does anyone know how long does it take for this updates to be reflected, or is there any specific email via which I can contact and ask about it?

Help is much appreciated,
Thank you,
S.

Did you put non accompanying?
(On another note do you have enough points with you primary? Better education and ielts than your spouse?)

Thank you, I've put accompanying.

The situation is that I'm eligible but my current points are low (370), but my spouse is a permanent resident of Canada already with higher scores than mine. And at the moment he lives outside Canada.

i guess that's the issue. try searching the forums for similar cases. not sure you can claim points based on someone who's already a PR
