It depends on your application. If it is a clear misinterpretation / false information then straight ban. If you didn't submit the documents checklist that are required then direct rejection.

40 days are passed ...i think its to late ...is this can lead a ban ..or simple refusal

Which country was the refusal for? Before ban you should get a procedural fairness letter that asks you to respond to the accusation.

its going to be a refusal stating that u didnt mention ur refusal of visa. they wont ban u for this.
