Dears,
1) Does anyone know whether biometrics are required (in case of express entry) BEFORE or AFTER the ITA ?
2) I have taken the IELTS test with a passport as an identification, then i got a new passport with a new passport number different from that written in the IELTS Test Report Form, would it be a problem? given that i have a scanned copy of my old passport.

2) passport does not matter, ielts results are verified through a test report number
