Does it mean 947 members successfully score a job with Canadian employer and thats how they become eligible for this quota ?

Please share available resources to search real jobs available in Canadian market.

Also , in basic information for OINP it says minimum CRS 400 , but here its showing people with 350 also get the PNP , is it normal ?

yes they should already have a job or a job offer. min 400 CRS is for HCP stream without job offer, they did not issue noi for that stream since feb
