idk how it works with Auh, but why dont you get it through the Dubai Police website? it is super straight forward and simple with an Emirates ID and the whole thing is online where you get your PCC in two business days.
As far as the instructions for a UAE PCC go, it doesn't matter which emirate you get the PCC from.
I dont know what IRCC will do, but I dont think raising a CSE with the new PCC from dubai police would affect your application too just to be on the safe side.
but I didnt understand what you meant by submitted eAPR with MOI app? So you actually didnt receive a PCC but submitted the eAPR with a PCC request doc ?
No!! I got PCC from MOI app that testified that I don’t have any criminal record. It’s called clearance certificate on Minstry of interior header with a signature of brigadier general from the office of General Director of DG for federal criminal police

I'm not completely sure if that will be accepted or not because the Canada website clearly provides instructions to obtain the PCC only from any of the police departments listed under special considerations. It doesn't list MOI but even if they don't accept it, I don't think they will decline your application, they might just request for an ADR.

@bimale4bipeople - can you confirm if MOI PCC is accepted by IRCC ?
Yes I think I made a serious mistake,I got confused becuz from where to get it so I decided to get it from MOI which is a federal organization. I have to know get one from Dubai police and submit CSE.

Bro, I live in Dubai and when I was preparing my docs I too landed on the MoI clearance, but didn't opt for it because at least the Dubai police gives a PCC for 220 AED. applied via app and got it in 2 days on email.
I think you should check with the Abu Dhabi police if they have such a certificate, if yes then I suggest you file for a update and correct the doc. if they don't then then maybe the Canadian Visa authority would accept because other people who have applied from Abu Dhabi in the past would have given a similar letter.

I already checked with Abu Dhabi and Dubai police. They said there is not difference and both will work fine
