Express Entry Vs OINP - Doubt

Hi Guys,

I have a doubt. I have 455 points got ITA on July 11th draw and have submitted my application via express entry yesterday. Is it still possible for me to apply via OINP? Will i get a NOI via my express entry profile? Please clarify how OINP picks candidates.

Oinp will not send invites to people already having an ITA.
