Spouse Open Work permit

Greetings everyone,

If someone could help me with some info on extending spouse's work permit.

My spouse and I live in Canada for about two years. I am a study permit holder and she is an open work permit holder. Since her passport expire date is shorter than mine, she got her OWP respecting the dates of her passport expire date. Her WP is 2 years shorter than my SP. She will be renewing her passport and applying for an OWP extension. Because everything has changed in the past two years, do I need to be working on a NOC 0, A or B occupation as a student in order to extend her work permit or is this new rule just for PGWP holders?

Applied online from canda , but processed from India ,,,it’s showing 14 weeks on timeline but I m on 16 th week

Hello guys , i got passport back with stamp on 17 april. I booked my ticket of 24 april. Till today i did not got letter of introduction(POE) to show port officer to get open work permit. So , now what should i do. Cancel my tickets or wait till Saturday

I have post graduate work permit and I work part time and my job is in NOC A. Also, I applied for PR. I just married outside of Canada. Can I apply Open work permit for my wife?

Any updates for Sowp May applicants?
I applied for my spouse by may 15th and the application is at its 14th week of processing (which is the max. processing time as per CIC website), but I have not yet received any updates until now. The medical was done prior to filing the application.

I have applied for spouse open work permit with my wife's study application on July 11th ( Offline)...My wife's visa was approved on August 13th and my status still shows In progress....My medicals are passed and no additional documents are also required

You should hear in the next month probably although it could still be refused. When does your student visa end. They are unlikely to grant on OPW for a couple of months.
