Date problem in referral letter

Hi,
I have applied via express entry and got an ITA.
I have this one issue:
I worked in the US as an intern during my last semester of my masters from August to December 2016. Then I came back to india and resumed work as a full time employee from Feb 2017 to December 2017.
My company provided me with an experience letter with the correct dates — August to December 2016, and then from Feb to Dec 2017.
But when I got the referral letter from them, they included everything in their dates so it says from Augus 2016 to December 2017.
The one month gap was not a paid or unpaid vacation, I had to wait for my employment authorzairion document to arrive.
Will this be an issue? Or can I write a LOE?

Yes, I was asked to get both from my employer. However, the referral letter is the one with the roles and responsibilities

well your primary NOC experience should be continuous 1 yr. you have to get a new reference letter i believe.

This would not be my primary NOC experience. I had worked at HCL for one year and they have provided me with every document I need.

the you dont have to worry abt it, just explain the 1 month unpaid gap in LOE.

Even if the referral letter has included the unpaid month as a part of my employment date?
