Hello hopefuls,
Anyone who received ADR ...did you get an email informing you of new message in your cic account or did you check your account directly and see it?

The waiting is kinda overwhelming, I would like to avoid logging into my cic account to not see updates and just wait for PPR email

Hey @rdimmi... i had called CIC yesterday and they said the application is still in IP1 (a decision on eligibility has not yet been done but they said it is a "suggested pass". So I am guessing a senior VO will now have to take a decision to pass us the IP1. The VO is Ottawa... BGC not yet started.. Did you happed to call CIC?? any update on your application??

I am in the same boat as you! and my VO is Ottawa. I don't know why it's taking them this long to start the background check.

I submitted Job letter from employer in my PR application. That letter includes, Job title, duties, wage, Hrs of work/week, company address $ contact no on the company letter head. I also submitted my first & last paystubs, record of employment which states salary & tax of each month. I wasn't aware that the wage is lesser than min wage.
This was my first job in Canada. I worked for a year. Now, I got a good job earning 60000CAD/year.
It will be really hard for me if they reject my application for that purpose, as my work permit is already expired. I applied for BOWP with PR application but decision of BOWP entirely depends on PR application.
SO if they reject, I have to go back.

Might be best to seek advice from an immigration lawyer immediately. Since they have all the information I'm not sure what else they want you to say. It's not your fault you were underpaid.

what does this statement means ' Background check partially complete'......Criminality and security check pending......what are the further process into PPR.....The call centre IRCC agent affirms it to be on IP2,when asked....but my IVR Response states background check has not started....

This sounds like you're referring to the messages that IRCC sends you within your application-- is this correct? If so, it's normal for them to be marked as "read" once you've opened them. There was a glitch that may still be going around where they weren't being marked as read when you opened them for a while, even though they should be.

Sounds fairly normal. Lots of people go for many weeks/months in IP1. You can request your GCMS notes if you'd like to see what's going on in detail in your application.

PNPs look like slowest so far. Only 1 June case and few may cases approved in immitracker.

Yes and it is frustrating that all other streams are seeing movement except PNP.
