WES ECA for IRCC

Hello,
Recently I have done my ECA from WES and it writes


CANADIAN EQUIVALENCY SUMMARY
Bachelor's degree (four years) and four years of professional study in Dentistry.

But I have submitted my bachelor and masters certificate for ECA. they didn't count the masters (one year) in the summary section, thought they have mentioned it as masters in the second page. like this

Name on Credential: Atique Mehdi
Credential Authentication: Documents were verified by the institution
Country: Bangladesh
Credential: Master of Social Sciences
Year: 2017
Awarded By: University of Dhaka
Status: Recognized Institution
Major/Specialization: Clinical Social Work
Canadian Equivalency: Bachelor's degree (four years)

Can anyone suggest me about this? Thanks in advance.

They did mention it.... it's a bachelor's degree four years.

Could you please explain how much CRS points I will get for this and how I will fill up the field 'What is your highest level of completed education?' in CRS calculator? and another query is, what does the line means? 'Bachelor's degree (four years) and four years of professional study in Dentistry.'

Better create a profile and fill it line by line to know for sure. I dont memorize all crs scores calculations
