Do we have pdf guide in English for Quebec EE similar to the one available for Ontario PNP? I read most of details on Quebec website but still not very clear on the process for skilled worker, documents required (later) etc. Thanks

It looks like that is not the official website. It has lots of adds to create a CV and it refers to Quebec government as a third party
