Yes am using the same amount but it has some cents as well. Did your income shows cents as well into that form ? I mean If I add cents it still won’t shows up just a dollar amount.
so just use math rule in this case

Hello Everyone,

I'm wondering if people that have not been able to link their applications and need to submit the medical and police docs. Can they do it using the IRCC Web form.

I called the IRCC call centre because I needed to submit the use of a representative form (Advice for everyone send that form IMM 5476 with your initial application, if you as sponsor will be doing all the process for your parents. I asked the lady and she told me that for confidentiality even if your the the daughter or son must submit the use of representative)

So, she told me as my app was received already I could submit the form using the IRCC Web form.

They sent me this link:

http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/contacts/web-form.asp

So I submitted the form there, using the application # and UCI.

Hopefully other people find this info useful.

All what matters is what taxable income is in Line 150 of Notice of Assessment for 2017, 2016 & 2015.
I have two NOA assessments one is my personal and second NOA for my company where I have received all of my income. My personal NAO contains the 50% income which I have received from my own company as a employee reset of 50% is in my company NOA. I want to put my company overall income which is basically my total annual income problem which I am facing company NOA based on jly to Jun and How I should incorporate it in Form 5768 for year 2015 & 2016.

As others have explained before you have to use your personal taxable income. You left money in your corporation so you paid less tax but it will now be a problem if you don't meet LICO.

As it's been answered multiple times. Your person NOA is the ONLY amount that counts. Your cooperated income belongs to the cooperation even thought you are the solo owner.

Hi everyone,

could one of you please response to me below queries:
1) I came to Canada in Feb 2017 and so effectively have only 1 NOA. Will I be eligible to apply for parents sponsorship?
2) I have an unmarried brother 27 years old, Can I also include him alongwith the parents sponsorship application? or is it only for dependents <22 years.

Regards,
Aditya

  1. No you're not eligible - as you need consecutive 3 years taxation to meet the LICO
  2. No you can't - only for < 22
Follow these instruction(in link) to get familiar for eligibility

Instruction Guide [IMM 5772]

1) No, not unless you live and work in Quebec. You need to wait for atleast 3 tax seasons of qualifying income, meaning at the earliest you can apply for lottery in 2020.

2) No

Hello Everyone,

I have two questions and your help will be MUCH appreciated:

1. My mom spent 10 month with me in Canada in 2017-2018 (super visa). Do we need a Police Certificate? I couldn't find any instructions in guide 5772; but guide 3998 (for applications submitted before July 2011) mentions that police certificate is required if you spent in other country more than 6 months.
Does it mean we don't need to provide police certificates based on new requirements - guide 5772.

2. Translation companies do not certify true copy. does it mean i have to:
- certify true copy of my birth certificate with notary public
-mail certified copy to translation company
-translation company will translate from certified true copy
-translation company will mail me a full package

i live in remote area and there are no translation companies here - so everything should be done by mail.

Thank you for help,
