Just break up with ex after medical test

Hello,gays.

I just broke up with my girlfriend yesterday, she is the primary candidate with oinp master and I lived with her under common law status. We passed the medical test this June,so we are waiting for the final decision from cic. While things changed, we cannot live together and i moved out. So she changed the password for our applications which means I cannot check the cic account anymore.

She said she might let the cic know we split already and kick me out from the application. So what should I do now? Should I let cic know the situation and reapply the immigration by other ways?

I hope somebody can help me, thanks.

She is required to inform immigration and have you removed from the app. If you go through with the app and land as a PR now that the relationship is over, you will be committing immigration fraud.

Yes since she is the principal applicant, she has the right to remove you from the PR application.

She is required to inform immigration and have you removed from the app. If you go through with the app and land as a PR now that the relationship is over, you will be committing immigration fraud.

You can just contact IRCC yourself. It will not influence her app or any future app of yours.
