Police verification for PR

My address as per the passport has changed and I now stay at a new address. For the new address I have lease agreement , phone bill and bank statement as proofs.

For police verification, does my passport address have to be updated to reflect the new address ?

No but you should be living at the new address for at least a year.

At the time of PCC, you will get an option to be "Police verified" at what address. Now, its upto you what would you like to put in that address column in order to get your PCC.
