Submit Travel documents - Please help

Hello all,

I am from Bangalore, India and got selected from the pool in April 2018. My wife is pregnant and due in September 2018.During our medicals , we got her Xray done with the lead apron and I had attached the pregnancy declaration form along with other reports.

Yesterday I have got an email to submit my travel documents - Passport and Photographs and any change in circumstances within 30 days .

How do I inform the same to them and what will happen now if I send passports through VFS. What are the next steps in the process ?

Request someone to educate me.

How do you inform what? You mentioned you have already informed about the pregnancy. where there any other medical tests that were required to be taken at a later stage?

I am guessing the email you are referring to is the PPR? in that case, follow the instructions and send both passports for stamping (since you only get a 30 day window, better not delay it). I am guessing you wont be travelling till after your wife's delivery, in which case post that you will need to add the newborn to your application. all the best.

Send the passport now. Otherwise you can also ask them for an extension so that you can include your baby in the application also. But that is not advisable. After the baby is born, send another inquiry to add the baby to the application. You will need to have baby's passport made and get medicals done.

I have submitted my passports for now and attached the scan report with that . I submitted an question to NDVO and they said i need to add the new born along with supporting documents.
