Hi! Just wanted to know if I will still need to provide PCC from Kuwait. My family and I lived in Kuwait from 2005-2009. I went back to my home country last May 2009. I was 17 y/o back then.

not sure. 2009 falls in the 10 yr window. but if you were 17 then i dont think you need to

Oh thanks. I’m pretty sure I’m just 17 y/o when I went back to my home country since I celeberated my 18th birthday here Hehe

It’s kinda hard to request PCC in Kuwait especially none of my family nor relatives reside there anymore.

yeah it says you need PCC from the countries you stayed since you were 18 yrs old. so kuwait PCC is not necessary. in fact you will get a list of docs autogenerated when you fill in your PR application details.
