Bilingual LOE

Hello everyone

Is it advisable to write LOE in both French and English ? the purpose is simply to help the visa officer by giving him the option of choosing the language is more comfortable with, is there any benefit from that ?

I don't think there's any advantage to it. Most people just submit in English, and in fact most officers likely only speak English, so they'd have to find someone who speaks French to read the French part to make sure it's not something else.

Thanks, but I've chosen French as my language of correspondence but I can still write in English, in fact all of my documents are in French as I live in Morocco, what do you advise me to do ? post the LOE in French or in English or both because of my specific case.

if your language of correspondence is french, put your LOE in french.

Choose French. I have heard friend working in IRCC that not everyone speaks or reads French. But if you write in French. A designated officer will review it.

Does this makes things faster or slower ? because I can change my language of correspondence anytime and I can use both.

Ah yes, my next reply was going to suggest only writing it in French if that is your chosen language (sorry for assuming English). There are French-speaking officers who are designated to work on French cases. I don't think it affects the speed of your application processing.
