Research section in Work History Form for Canda EE

Hey Guys,
I was filling out Research section in the Work History form for Canada EE. Applying for Software Engineer jobs (NOC 2173) and looking for some advice on answering the question:
"What have you done so far to get this license or certificate?"

Does it matter if I just select the option "Completed all education, language, or skills upgrade requirements" itself or would we need to do anything else (thereby being able to select more options).
