Need Help with FSW Program

I am sure this topic must have appeared alot times, but I haven't seen firm answer.

I worked in Calgary for about 51 weeks, 1 week short of a year (Feb 2011, Jan 2012), I think 5 days short
After that I worked in different countries and currently working in US for Past 5 years.

I am very much interested in applying for Canadian PR. However Ratings/score changes drastically when I enter my Canadian Experience. Less than a year drops me to ~350 and 1 year experience shoots up to 460.

I have worked 45 Hours / Week and sometimes have worked overtime / weekend work. So I am sure hours required in year has exceeded but not full 1 year.

Please advise what should be my selection ? I would like to go ahead with process.

If you are applying with your Canadian experience you will be under CEC category which requires 12 months of full time work experience under NOC O A or B category . It really makes no difference with number of hours every week as it should add up to 1560 hours.(30 hours per week). Since you have work experience in US You can apply under FSW . Have you maxed out your IELTS score? If not try to score 8777-LRWS.
