calculating work experience

Hi there,
I am planning to apply for express entry.
I need to check my work experience but I am confused.
I am gonna apply it when my work experience becomes 1year.
But problem is that I have been working from September 2017 to present but I was kind of vacation for 3months from January to March due to my personal reason.
In that case when is exactly 1year for me? is it until September 2018 or do I need to work 3months more?

No. You need the 1560 hours AND the equivalent of 52 weeks of full-time employment.
