Reference letter Vs Pay Slip

Hello Lovely people,

I have a questions regarding proof of work experience. Currently I am in Canada under study permit. While applying for Study permit I submitted my previous work history including supporting documents (reference letter from employer) for that. So now while applying for express entry do I need to resubmit those reference letter again or not as CIC already has access to those documents and probably they might have included those documents in my account?

Similarly, Submitting only reference letter including job duties and work hour would be fine or I need to submit pay slips too ?

Document requirements

• This document is required only if the applicant claims to have a qualifying offer of arranged employment.
• A letter from the employer(s) offering the job in Canada is required, and it must
  • be printed on company letterhead and include the applicant’s name, the company’s contact information (address, telephone number and email address), and the name, title and signature of the applicant’s proposed immediate supervisor or personnel officer; and
  • include the following details: expected start date, commitment that the applicant will be employed on a continuous, paid, full-time work, for work that is for at least one year after issuance of a permanent resident visa, job title, duties and responsibilities, current job status (if current job), number of work hours per week and annual salary plus benefits.

Therefore, you must provide job details and salary and benefits details as per above. What constitutes as proper documentation varies case by case and has been discussed in other posts in the past

As my work experience was back home in India, so I don't need to submit pay slip right ?

The post and the link above is very clear. Why do you not need payslip ? Do the requirements exclude your Indian work experience from proving your income ?
