I applied in March 2017 as an inland applicant for QSW application; after documents submission on Feb 09,2018 , I didn't get any response.

.I want you all ,who applied in 2017 ,Please share your experiences /timelines.My timeline is as follows:

Yes, according to my gcms notes. the agent has written Québec residency concerns found and review required for eligibility because of that.

Not sure if they will approve it or not, anyways it was a gamble.
