Minimum duration for master degree Express entry?

Hi guys,
I'm planning to study master in Canada to improve my chance with EE. Is there a minimum duration for a master degree to be qualified? I checked on the website and it does not mention any information about the minimum length of master study.
I would appreciate if anyone can help me out with this.

1 Year education is a Diploma and 2 Years education is a Masters Degree. You will need to check the course details you are applying.
