Thanks Abhijeet but like to know the content you sent them as I had already emailed them twice but there was no acknowledgement from new Delhi visa office and unsure whether we should email them once again too.
Removing your personal details can you share like your email content what you mailed them.its goid you got reply

Hi Grace,
My agent had sent all communications to CIC and NDVO. I will try to check with them for content but I think they will not share their templates. So far they have been sending me only auto acknowledgement and email response received.

past 6months they are reviewing my eligibility.
1 year has passed

Hey Guys....I am a Nov 2017 AoR . It seems like i am in IP2 since Feb 27 and my medicals expired in May 2018. I got a medical reuest in june and i did and submitted it by the first week of July. Within few days the status in my profile changed to passed. So how long will it take to PPR from here?

Dear there are lots of people prior to You... NDVO has not sent medical request post 27-Mar-2018. My application was received on 05-Apr-2017 and even am also waiting for MR. Just yesterday medicals were issued for few people who are Mar2017 applicants. So need to wait. Soon it will be given.
