I see from one of the FB page of Kubeir, that Ontario started issuing invitations to French skilled ones yesterday for which their profile was created on August 1st. Does any other guys received NOI under any stream ?

I think that they restarted last week. I received NOI on July 26 (French speaking). My profile was created on April 20, with TEF only. Then, I took the IELTS on Jun 30 (updated profile with IELTS results on July 13).

So its only for french speaking they issue NOI and not for others so far ?
