Employer Reference Letter for PNP

Hi guys!
I don't know, it might be a silly question to ask but I'm kinda worried about this. I am in manitoba. I am on my PGWP.Employer i am working for, they don't offer full time job to anyone, but right know they are giving me more than 30 hours a week. so this kinda fulfills the cic requirement of full time. If they not gonna write "FULL TIME" on the reference letter that i will need for applying my pnp, would there be an issue?? like if they just mention the hours on letter and don't write the word FULL TIME, will there be a problem?? Please reply

P.S.-- my job is on hourly basis. casual. neither full time nor part time

There should not be a problem because the requirements for Employer Reference Letters do not include the citing of full or part time; only the number of hours per week must be included.

If you have pay stubs that show the number of hours worked you can include a year-to-date at the end of the year showing the total number of hours worked during the year as well as the time period over which you worked.
