Btw @Gruff, did you find out where your LVO is? Is it even worth inquiring?

No but I would imagine it’s London.

I personally don’t think it’s worth inquiring as knowing what LVO will not make PPR come any quicker but some people like to know.

I see posts on forums all the time for people calling CIC to ask how the application is/when will it be done etc or trying to contact their LVO but unless an application hasn’t moved for 6+ months from AoR (in which case there’s probably a problem) it’s a waste of time.

This link below explains each stage quite well. There is no way to predict when you will enter IP2, it can be anywhere between 14 days to 6 months (although some do take longer). It all varies per application because everyone application is different

Any US based applicant who gave an affidavit?

Here notary just want to you to print out the affidavit and they Notarize it . Is that acceptable to CIC since it is not on any stamp paper.

It will just have the notary stamp but not like the indian stamp paper
