Hello everyone,

I've got my job description and I am applying as a NOC 2281, please tell if the following is correct or not :

• Direct manager of a member of the systems and networks team.
• Deploying network equipment and physical / virtual servers, expanding, configuring, and maintaining throughout the life-cycle.
• Troubleshooting network and system incidents for internal and / or external users.
• Monitoring of network equipment, servers and UPS via monitoring tools.
• Backup and restore application data and SQL databases.
• Automation of tasks through the use of scripts on UNIX and Windows.
• Maintenance of the firmware of the network equipment, application framework and server operating systems.
• Providing technical services to external customers of the company.
• Coordination between the different service providers for the completion of connection or system projects.
• Administration of web servers and name servers.
• Routers, switches and UTM firewall administration.
• Mail administration.
• Securing the platform by conducting penetration tests, restricting user access and client computers.
• Control of incoming and outgoing traffic of the platform.
• Writing the platform architecture documentation.

I have a bachelor degree (3 years) and diploma (2 years) both in computer science.

Is this job description okay for my NOC ?
