upfront Medical Test

Hello,
I am going to submit my application on August 7th and as I have checked in calculator my total number is coming around 462 , hence I am assuming that i will get ITA on next call by CIC.
I would like to know if I can go for upfront Medical exam or I need to wait for ITA?

You can go but bear in mind, you must land in Canada before medical expires.

I am already working in Canada, hence i guess it would not be an issue to go for upfront Medical before submission of my profile.

You have not submitted a profile yet. I would advice you to follow the steps the way everyone does usually.
Submit your profile and once you get ITA, Get the printout of that ITA letter and visit Panel for Medical Exam. It only takes 7 days to update in CIC.
