Need info regarding Canada PR Skill Type A (2173 Software engineers and designers)

Hi All,

I am from India. I have a few queries regarding Express Entry profile for me and my wife.
I have completed B.Tech in Electronics & Comm and also done B.Ed. WES has also recognized my 2 degrees.
I am working in IT company for 5+ years.

Am I eligible for skill type A (2173 Software engineers and designers) as I have done my B.Tech in (Electronics & Comm) and working in IT Company?

Also, related to proof of funds, Can I show my fixed deposits and wife fixed deposits as proof of funds. Is the provident fund also valid as proof of funds?

Also, my company will not give me the roles and responsibility letter on their letter head. What is the workaround of it?
I have other work-related documents like Offer Letter, Experience letter, Pay slips, ITR, bank statements

Get it from your manager/team lead , get it notarized.

Explain everything in LOE. Also attach denial email from HR.
