Hey, It is weeks count. So saturday included or not makes no difference in the total duration! But saturday is a holiday for VFS. So they will not be working on that day.

i have 6 bands overall but writing i got 5 bands and i got offer from university of regina and i had put my file on 8 june so is there chances for visa approval.???

If ur overall profile is good then that could compensate ur ielts band ..but personally I will advice u to give ielts again because that will increase ur chances more.
