Hi, same query my NOC is 0124 and I am worried if it is because of the NOC that I have not received any nomination. I made my EE profile back in Feb 2018 and was at a CRS of 409, however received my 2nd IELTS results today and currently at CRS 478 - what do you think are the chances of an ITA? Do you think because of my NOC I might face a challenge?

Hi, you already arranged enough CRS score for Express Entry draw. why do you want to wait another 2 years for OID nomination to PR approval. Moreover NOC is not problem for Express Entry system. Inaddition you can live anywhere in canada. Finaly I heard that most of applicants in OID january is NOC 0124 so it has a chance to higher percentage of rejection in this NOC. Do u get any ADR.

If you are a applicant of Express Entry in Saskawtchan Immigration nomine program, you will get additional document request before nomination from immigration authority. Then you need to maintain Saskawtchan demand list when you apply your application.

You need only a express entry profile and your NOC in SIPNP demand occupation list. Then you can apply for Express Entry for SIPNP. It is a first come first come based system.

ADR is an Additional Document Request.

In general one’s application to the SINP should be complete so no new requests for documents would be necessary. However there may be requests relating to additional verification of employment and job responsibilities. Another possibility is an update to the bank statements.

Dear All,

I have the following timeline w.r.t my SINP EE application.

Application Submitted: January 1, 2018 (NOC 0124)
Application Status In process: January 23, 2018
Submitted renewed passport: January 31, 2018
ADR Received: February 1, 2018 (Updated POF, work experience justification, reference letter, renewed passport)
ADR Responded: February 19, 2018 - Received auto acknowledgement
Application Status In Process: February 20, 2018 till date

I renewed and submitted passport since at application submission my passport was about to expire on September, 2018. In my current application, I can not see details of renewed passport as well as new POF and date of conversion.

Anyone facing similar situation and seniors please suggest what should be the next steps from my end. Would appreciate your suggestion.

ADR 01 Received: 24th April 2018
Sent Documents : 15th May 2018
ADR 02 Received: 27th June 2018
Nomination Received: 24th July 2018
