I applied for extension for my ETA visit to Canada... I have until aug 3 to leave, however just sent the application toe xtend today... so can i stay passed the 3rd? how does this work?

Yes after August 3rd if your visitor extension not approved and is still processing, you are considered to be on implied status. That means you can stay in Canada until the results of your application is out.

also in document checklist it asked for proof that able to support myself, my sister lives in states and sending me money so I just gave all that information to them in case they want to contact her

IRCC wants to see income from the applicants themselves. Not sure how it will affect your extension but do be prepared to face any negative decisions.

Your own bank statements. If you have enough money in the bank then its fine. But remember to explain any deposits. Hopefully you explained why your sister is sending you money and what is it for.

well just so they see I havent run out of money and that i can suport myself for a few more weeks here to get in an round ontario
