When did they mail ur PR card thr mail my card on 14 july

Eventually, I got the following update:

1. We received your application for a permanent resident card on April 4, 2018.
2. We sent you correspondence acknowledging receipt of your application(s) on July 12, 2018.
3. We started processing your application on July 12, 2018.
4. Your Permanent Resident card was sent by mail on July 16, 2018.

Did you get AOR from them ever? Call them.. give
Your Canada post tracking num to them to show tht it was recieved

I called them today and they have put a trace on my application as they say they have not received it.
have given them the purolator tracking number as well.

they say it may take upto 2 weeks for them to get an answer.

i am really worried as should i reapply again or wait for their answer.

its really frustrating, first i waited 4 months and there will be another 4 months wait now.

is there any way i can get it sooner , any one had such experience before.

Got complete this morning, YAYYYY!

Hopefully it arrives via mail , leave for vacation next Tuesday. Woah - so excited and relieved I don't have to deal with travel documents etc. YAYYY!!!!!!!!1

Did u received your PR Card or not yet its 18 July but i have not yet received they mail my PR Card on 14 July same as ur date .

I have not received my card yet - really hoping i get it soon. Leaving to USA in a few days. Let me know if yours comes today/tomorrow!

Just to let you know. I contacted IRCC and they replied that my application is in local office and they will add a note to my application about my urgency to start studies in fall. It’s been almost 3 months in process. My application received 22 jan and in process 7th April.

Anyone has idea? What local office does?

Did you ask them why so delayed? You should have your card by now

Someone applied my case from inside Canada. Pr renewal on H & C ground. I havs no idea what they’re doing, they haven’t asked for documents or anything yet.

Ohh, may be because of H and C, its taking longer.. are you in Canada now? You can always come via travel documenf?

I don’t know about PRTD, I am 22 now. I don’t know what chances I have in getting PRTD. The reason for coming to Canada is my university study starting this fall.

H&C take longer than typical renewals. No the poster would not qualify for a travel document unless he/she relinquished their PR. Unfortunately you may not have your answer before the start of the semester. Getting approved is what you should really focus on.
