on the top there is the Application No#F000

Wondering is this AOR1?And can i link my application?

I guess July Aug and Sep.. But, I'm Nov 28th applicant and received DM on 5th July.. Hope I get my PPR soon and give way for others..

Medical passed ion feb2018
After that got pre arrival
I hope it's clear and some body can help why we got pre arrival and they said bgc has not started yet and they reviewing if applicant is eligible!!!

Did you contact local MP ?

Yes, I read your old comment, you did contact MP.
Sorry to say this, but I think CIC promise to complete ~80% of application within the timeline (EE, TRV..), try to call CIC and ask more info.
Also, if you not yet applied for visitor visa, try for it. You may get that before sponsorship at this point.

Is there anything anyone can suggest to contact so that I can get some progress info on my case? It says "in process" in eCAS and "background check in progress, determining eligibility" on my account page.

They are working on Aug and Sep application and they are dead from last 2 weeks (no update).
And that is a good sign, because last time they did that June and July applications and after 2-3 weeks of silent they release 100's of DM in a week. So wait an watch for another week or 2.

That is wrong. Besides the b4 (goods to accompany and goods to follow) for gold you will be carry into Canada, if you bring cash and any instruments that more than 10K, you just need to file a claim on that, but Canada will not tax on it.

NO i carry less then 10k you can take someone advice because its not sure i only heard that if you carry 10k plus they will charge
